I think it’s high time we got ourselves a new vacuum cleaner. Our current one has served us well, but lately I noticed that the suction is not as strong as before. Also, the bristles on the vacuum end makes a screeching sound when it moves across the floor. I also find it a tad too noisy for my liking. With the impending spring cleaning coming up to usher in Christmas and the New Year, a new vacuum cleaner would help loads.

So I am now officially adding a new vacuum cleaner to my ever-growing Christmas list. I am eyeing one of these cool looking models, yup a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Very sleek, very functional and most importantly, purchasing is a breeze too! I especially like the additional feature on the site which allows me to choose a vacuum cleaner according to my needs. For example, if I were to choose a cylinder model, I would then be routed to a subsequent page where I can then select the exact model and then the color and design of that model. In addition, when I have zeroed in on one particular model, the site provides me with a host of compatible accessories for that model. Nothing beats the ease of purchasing this way!

Another feature of this site which bodes well with me is the “Help me choose” section. With this, I can select features in the vacuum cleaner which are important to me. They have got an “Allergy sufferers” option to check, so I definitely wanna select that because my nose is sensitive to dust and allergens. Very useful tool indeed.

The website is also very informative in that it provides the user with cleaning tips and also how to contact a Dyson representative if there is a problem with the vacuum cleaner. There’s also a section that highlights the special offers that are going on right now. If only they deliver internationally… SIGH.
