Coach, The Gardens rawks!
Last weekend while I was on a short vacation in KL, I decided to go check out the Coach store at The Gardens. I had just finished dinner then, and since I had been itching to give the Madeline tote a test drive, I decided to drop by. And the experience was worth every minute of it.
No, I didn’t get myself the tote because I wanted to see if I could get it from The States at a cheaper price. But I thoroughly enjoyed the customer experience rendered at Coach, though I was only window shopping. You know how some sales personnel tail you as soon as you enter the shop and talk non-stop when you just want them to shut up? There was nothing of that sort in Coach. The sales assistant greeted me politely and stood at a comfortable distance from where I was checking out the bags. And when I asked her questions, she answered directly and to the point. Not intrusive, but informative. Just the way I like it.
And oh yeah, I absolutely LOVE the Madeline tote in RED and WHITE!

Ironically, when I saw it and saw it again when I passed the store, I fell out of love with it. I found it was too “stiff”. I guess I prefer softer leathers because I’m afraid of scuffing.
The Giddy Tigress says: Really? I guess one has got to be 1 million percent in love with a bag of that price before buying it. Psst…to tell you the truth, I am actually eyeing the patchwork Coach one now….hehe…
