It must be at least 2 months now that the escalators on the 4th floor at the mid-section of the Queensbay Mall multi-level parking lot have been “under routine maintenance”.  This is posing a terrible inconvenience to people who need to park on levels ABOVE the 4th floor, because they need to use the escalators like steps.  During this period of maintenance, whenever possible, we have parked at the 4th level, just to avoid the hassle of climbing up and down the steps.

If the maintenance causes the escalators to be inoperable for a week, that is acceptable.  Maybe 2 weeks, and there wouldn’t be so much fuss.  But nothing has been done, and every time I visit the mall, I see the same sign staring back at me.

I really do wish the mall authorities would do something about this.  And it had better be quick, seeing that they have revised the parking rates and all too, now.
