Ebates - Your perfect online shopping companion
I have been doing a lot of online shopping lately, and true to my nature of being a shopaholic, I would certainly try my best to look for the best deals out there. Unlike physically going to the stores to shop, where I might need to travel from one end of the city to the other to compare prices, online shopping allows me the convenience of price comparison at my fingertips.
Typically I would browse the net for the lowest possible price for a particular item I am eyeing, and then I would also check out if there are online coupons available to be used. These coupons are normally free, where all you need to do is to key in a code upon checkout, and depending on what the coupon does, you will either get free shipping or a certain percentage or amount of discount off your purchase price.
One of my recent quests for online coupons led me to register with Ebates.com, which is really a shopping site that connects the online shopper to many other stores online. Registration as a member is FREE, and when you become one, a whole new shopping world opens before you, where you can get additional savings, exclusive coupons, free shipping offers and limited-time sales at over 1000 stores!
There is one other amazing feature on Ebates.com: you get CASH BACK every time you shop online. Yup, up to 26% on your total purchases. All you need to do is to click on the store you want to shop at, which in turn will open up an online tracking ticket. Then you just perform your usual shopping transaction, and after a few days, you will be informed of your CASH BACK in your account! I was skeptical about this at first, but after a couple of transactions, I am a believer now 
For example, if you were to purchase something from ebay.com, this would entitle you to 3% cash back, and at drugstore.com, I just got a 7% cash back on my purchase. Your cash back will be paid to you either via check or via Paypal; your choice! And payment is made 4 times a year. What better deal is there than to get cash back for all your shopping purchases huh?
